In Japan, handcrafted coffee is ubiquitous. It's so popular, in fact, that specific pouring kettles are made just for coffee. When using a dripper of any sort, where, how much and when you place the water on the grounds makes the utmost difference in controlling the final product.
This is our favorite kettle to use here at Dallis Bros Coffee. It can handle induction heat, which is great for commercial applications. But we like it because it gives us the most ergonomic control over how water is poured onto a dripper. The lack of plastic in the materials really gives it a classic look that can go into high-end restaurants and cafes...or your home coffee bar.
