Order, Shipping & Return Policy

 

ORDER & SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION

When you place an order online, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please check your confirmation email to make sure the order is correct. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us using the form on our Contact page. The customer is responsible for ensuring the address and items on the order are correct. Orders sent to the wrong address or wrong items due to customer error (i.e. missing Unit/APT numbers) will not be reshipped or refunded.

When your order ships, you will receive a second email confirming your shipment. After the shipping confirmation has been sent, you can not make any changes to your order.

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the delay as soon as possible.

Orders may be canceled at the discretion of Dallis Bros. Coffee; reasons include but are not limited to: Out of stock/discontinued items, incorrect pricing, or invalid shipping address.


Shipping Policy & Rates

Only valid US addresses.

All orders will be shipped the first available business day, unless otherwise indicated in your order confirmation.

All orders are usually packed and shipped within 2 business days, unless otherwise indicated in your order confirmation.


Return Policy

We at Dallis Bros. Coffee want you to be completely satisfied with our products. Orders with damaged, missing, or incorrect items are eligible for replacement if reported within 7 days of delivery. Orders sent to the wrong address or wrong items due to customer error (i.e. missing Unit/APT numbers) will not be reshipped or refunded.

No returns are accepted without prior authorization.
