At Dallis Bros., we have a lot of respect for decaf drinkers because we know they’re drinking coffee for the flavor, not the buzz. This coffee is decaffeinated with the Swiss Water Process which wash the beans in warm water with a special filter to ensure the flavor is not affected.

"On July 11, 1985 the Cooperativa de Cafeicultores e Agropecuaristas (COCAPEC) was founded.
