ORDER & SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION
When you place an order online, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us using the form located here.
When your order ships, you will receive a second email confirming your shipment. After the shipping confirmation has been sent, you can not make any changes to your order.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the delay as soon as possible.
Shipping Policy & Rates
All orders will be shipped the first available business day, unless otherwise indicated in your order confirmation.
FedEx 2Day Shipping is processed the first business day, and takes 2 full business days to ship thereafter. (An order on Monday would be picked up on Tuesday, and be delivered by Thursday.)
We at Dallis Bros. Coffee want you to be completely satisfied with our products. You may return any product you ordered in its original, unopened packaging within 7 days of delivery for a product refund. Opened products are ineligible for a cash refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Orders with damaged, missing, or incorrect items are eligible for replacement if reported within 7 days of delivery.
No returns are accepted without prior authorization.
